Enterprise SaaS Marketing Account Manager

Distribion (www.distribion.com) is a leading provider of web-based software that allows distributed marketing organizations to more efficiently manage and measure marketing communications across channels. Distribion's Distributed Marketing Platform is deployed in over 200 companies globally representing over 150,000 users. Distribion is currently seeking to add a qualified Account Manager to its rapidly growing employee base.


The Account Manager is responsible for assigned customer relationships including:


  • Initial SaaS setup and deployment for new customer engagements
  • Ensuring long-term client satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Identifying, selling and delivering add-on opportunities




  • Identify and prioritize client issues; coordinate with appropriate internal departments
  • Developing and conducting business reviews with customers
  • Position opportunities for expansion, migration, retention and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain complete, consistent and quality activity/contact records in CRM
  • Achieving internal sales objectives/selling add-on services
  • Identify and execute business strategies that contribute to achieving key metrics
  • Contract renewal discussions


Skills and Qualifications:


  • Proven account management skills with large complex accounts (Fortune 500)
  • Ability to assess and analyze issues/data and develop resolution plans
  • Proven success in identifying new business within existing accounts
  • Understanding of business, marketing, SaaS sales/marketing applications
  • Excellent planning and project management skills
  • Ability to create and give presentations to small and large groups
  • Strong interpersonal skills




  • Bachelors from an accredited university equivalent desired




  • 5+ years account management experience in marketing or technical organizations
  • 2 years of experience providing marketing services and/or consulting
  • Experience utilizing marketing SaaS applications
  • Experience with execution side of marketing strategy, analytics and technology
  • Measurable experience managing and growing customer relationships
