Ned Stringham is a leading technology investor and innovator who has grown many successful companies. As co-founder of the SBI Group, he has successfully supervised such successful start-ups as New Media Gateway, MyPRGenie, Razorfish, SBI Europe, Optura, and Enteris. Stringham holds a Harvard MBA and was a Truman Scholar.

 

Tim Storer

CEO & Co-Founder

CEO Tim Storer founded New Media Gateway in 1998, and led the company for 10 years until its strategic sale in 2008. Under his leadership, New Media Gateway spent 4 years on Inc.’s Fastest Growing Companies list, numerous years on the list of Top Tech Companies in Texas, the Dallas 100, and earned many other honors. Storer graduated Cum Laude from Vanderbilt University with a double major in Engineering and Mathematics and also attended the Executive MBA Program at Southern Methodist University.

 

Edgar Rodriguez

EVP, Sales, Marketing & Strategic Alliances

Edgar Rodriguez has over 18 years’ experience as a senior executive with a track record in business development. He manages Distribion’s sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships. Previously, he managed business development at i2 Technologies, Cogo Solutions, Ecordia, MindFlow Technologies, OpenConnect, and Satama Interactive (Ovi).

 

Brian Rogers

CTO

Brian Rogers has over 15 years’ experience architecting and supporting scalable high transaction software applications anchored by strong process and design methodologies. Key positions during his career include head of business systems (Fortune 1000), lead architect of process tools (Fortune 500), chief architect and consultant representing Microsoft Consulting Services. He is well versed in process and technology and has performed roles in every stage of the software development life-cycle and infrastructure deployment process. His work experience covers a wide variety of market segments including marketing, vehicle tracking services, food industry, mailing systems, health care, telecommunication and software and technology consulting.

 

Milan Evans

CFO

Milan Evans has over 16 years’ experience in accounting and finance with more than 11 of those years in technology companies. Prior to joining Distribion, he held similar financial management positions at New Media Gateway, Contexo Media, Razorfish, Enteris, SBI Group and Mrs. Fields. Milan was involved in a number of acquisitions, mergers and divestitures during that time. He holds an MBA from Westminster College.

 

David Potter

Vice President, Professional Services

David Potter was one of the original team leaders at Distribion, joining the new company from its parent, New Media Gateway where he was Executive Vice President of Operations. Before joining New Media Gateway, he was a senior manager at Wyeth Laboratories and Texas Instruments. As head of the professional services team at Distribion, he manages consulting, implementation and integration services for the company's clients, and is a key member of the sales and marketing teams.

Potter graduated from Texas A&M University with a double major in Finance and Marketing and also attended the Executive MBA Program at Southern Methodist University.

 

Deb McAlister-Holland

Director of Marketing

Deb McAlister-Holland is an MBA with over 25 years’ experience in bringing technology products and services to market. An active investor and serial entrepreneur, she held equity in Netflix, Starfish Software (creator of the camera phone and TrueSync technology), and Zone Labs (creator of the personal firewall). Her technology marketing career has included 3Com, Fujitsu, HP, Microsoft, Trend Micro, and BridgeMetrics.

 

Laura Bergeron

Director of Client Care

Laura Bergeron has over 25 years’ experience in software development and technology. In her current role as Director of Client Care, she demonstrates her passion for helping clients develop plans and strategies to increase ROI and meet business objectives, and supervises training and deployment for new Distribion clients. Prior to joining Distribion, she worked on classified government projects, fault-tolerant telephony and managed business and sales applications projects.
