Ned Stringham

Chairman & Co-Founder

Stringham is Managing Partner of 42 Ventures (www.42ventures.com) , a venture capital firm focused on businesses providing software-as-a-service, mobile, big data and cloud application offerings to highly defined vertical markets.  Prior to 42 Ventures, he co-founded and was CEO of SBI Group which he successfully built and sold which included the leading digital marketing firm Razorfish. He then served on the Board of Aquantive [AQNT:NASD} which was sold to Microsoft for $5.6 Billion. Stringham was named Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young in 2004, holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and is a Truman Scholar.

 

Tim Storer

CEO & Co-Founder

CEO Tim Storer started his entrepreneurial career in 1998 and has continued to apply his talents by launching numerous successful technology driven business ventures. Under his leadership, Tim's companies have earned many honors including numerous consecutive years on Inc.’s Fastest Growing Companies list, the list of Top Tech Companies in Texas, the Dallas 100 and the Fast Tech 50 to name a few.  Storer graduated Cum Laude from Vanderbilt University with a double major in Engineering and Mathematics and also attended the Executive MBA Program at Southern Methodist University.

 

Milan Evans

CFO

Milan Evans has over 16 years’ experience in accounting and finance with more than 11 of those years in technology companies. Prior to joining Distribion, he held similar financial management positions at New Media Gateway, Contexo Media, Razorfish, Enteris, SBI Group and Mrs. Fields. Milan was involved in a number of acquisitions, mergers and divestitures during that time. He holds an MBA from Westminster College.

 

David Potter

Vice President, Professional Services

David Potter was one of the original team leaders at Distribion, joining the new company from New Media Gateway where he was Executive Vice President of Operations. Before joining New Media Gateway, he was a senior manager at Wyeth Laboratories and Texas Instruments. As head of the professional services team at Distribion, he manages consulting, implementation and integration services for the company's clients, and is a key member of the sales and marketing teams.

Potter graduated from Texas A&M University with a double major in Finance and Marketing and also attended the Executive MBA Program at Southern Methodist University.

 

Michael Noblitt

Vice President, Operations

Michael Noblitt brings over 12 years’ experience in technology leadership and software product management to Distribion. He applies his diverse technical background to manage the direction, execution, and support of Distribion’s technology and product strategy. Prior to Distribion, he held similar positions for companies in the financial services and manufacturing spaces. Noblitt holds a degree in Computer Science and an MBA from Texas Christian University.
