Marketers to Integrate Campaigns to Social Networks

Dallas, Texas, May 6, 2009 -- Distribion, an online marketing technology company specializing in tools that improve sales and marketing processes, announces their partnership with ShareThis. With the popularity of social marketing on the rise, this partnership will offer Distribion's clients an extra opportunity to stretch their marketing efforts to new audiences.

ShareThis is a widget that allows organizations to take content such as an email message and allow it to be shared by target audiences on nearly all social networking sites via email, SMS (text message) or instant message.

Distribion is integrating the ShareThis application into its Distribion Marketing Platform (DMP) and website Content Management System (CMS) products, which means once a customer posts new calendar events, articles, blogs, listings or sends out newsletters, emails or landing pages a viewer can pick that information and share it to friends, family and groups- all which can be re-syndicated virally. ShareThis, with the help of Distribion, will provide tracking reports on click activity giving clients the ability to fully measure the extent of the viral marketing efforts.
