The On-Demand Print Studio Storefront module provides local marketers, field sales and marketing partners with the ability to select, customize and order materials quickly and easily through an integrated online shopping interface.

Here’s a quick overview of how our customers work with the On-Demand Print Studio Storefront module:

Users simply visit the Storefront, locate relevant materials, customize print materials as required and then add those materials to their shopping cart. Once ready, users then simply checkout through a simple ordering process.

Upon checkout users have access to numerous distribution options as allowed by system administrators. Collateral can be downloaded as a PDF, posted to a Web or Micro Site, sent out via e-mail or inserted into an interactive multimedia presentation utilizing any of the other interoperable Distributed Marketing Platform modules.

Users may also opt to have their customized collateral professionally printed and shipped to multiple locations. Once an order is placed, the system selects the appropriate print vendor based upon your business rules. Once approved, the appropriate print vendor is then notified via e-mail and is prompted to login to the system where they can view all orders sent to them for fulfillment, retrieve the necessary files that are to be printed and input required fulfillment information.

System administrators have complete control over the shopping experience including payment, shipping, customization, approval and distributions options.

Enable users the ability to assemble and customize their own binder or booklet of print pieces and then publish and distribute as a single PDF file or have printed through the integrated checkout feature.

Enable users numerous distribution options once they have customized their print piece including the ability to download, web link or e-mail as a PDF document or have professionally printed through an integrated checkout process.
Integrated E-Mail Distribution Option
Easily distribute customized and personalized print materials in PDF format to one or thousands of recipients via the integrated e-mail option. With the systems powerful variable processing capabilities each e-mail recipient can receive a unique and personalized PDF file. The system even supports the ability to create numerous customizable e-mail templates to accompany the delivery of the customized print piece.
Integrated Check Out Process Option
Easily mark select print assets to go through an integrated checkout process if you wish to charge system users for the ability to customize, download or order print copies.
Payment Options
When using the integrated checkout feature users have the ability to pay for their order utilizing a variety of methods including credit card, invoice, billing code and more. Even customize your own options.
Payment Processing
Numerous options allow you complete control over how print orders are processed through the integrated checkout feature. Authorize credit card charge amounts and information upon checkout and automatically charge and complete the transaction once the vendor has confirmed shipment. Allow users to break up payments utilizing numerous payment options such as putting 50% on a credit card and the remainder as an invoice. These are just a few of the flexible payment processing options you can control.
Shipping Options
Numerous shipping options are available and through real-time integration with companies like UPS users can receive instant estimates on applicable shipping costs based upon their order.

Vendors are notified instantly by e-mail or can simply log into the system to retrieve orders and input shipping and fulfillment information. Further vendor integration options are also available enabling orders to inject directly into the vendors print, fulfillment and shipping work flow.
