Distribion’s Education Center module allows administrators to easily build course materials and administer tests to more effectively educate, train, and certify sales, marketing, or operational personnel on company policy, new product lines, or any other subject that is important to your organization.
Administrators upload course materials such as videos, presentations, documents and more to build an online curriculum. Once the curriculum has been established, administrators then build a test choosing from dozens of question formats, provide the correct answers and then assign point totals as well as passing requirements. Once the course has been setup, administrators can then quickly design a certificate that will be displayed and printable once a user has passed the curriculum.
As an example, one large insurance company provides courseware and exams to its network of agents. As laws change, agents are notified. Curriculum is accessed via the platform, where progress is tracked and certification is automatically granted. Consistency is achieved and management knows precisely where the company stands on compliance.

Course Testing
Build course tests through the integrated form and survey module, which provides multiple choice, true/false, yes/no, and short-answer question types.
Auto-Grading
Build pass/fail grade scales based upon the percentage of correct answers submitted to automatically grade and provide the administrators and users with a pass or fail notification.
Linked Courses
Build sequential courses, so that when the first test has been completed with a passing grade, the user is then allowed to access the next test in the sequential course order.
Certification Distribution
If a passing grade is collected on all course materials, administrators can allow for an on-demand print certification piece to be distributed to the user, acknowledging their passing efforts.
Permission Control
Allow certain user groups or individual users to access specific course materials for testing purposes.
Course Reporting
Download course reports showcasing which individuals have taken, passed, or failed courses.
Conditional Messaging
Setup conditional messaging based upon whether or not a user has passed or failed course material for instant notification of grading results.
